Educational Consultant

About the Role   Our client is seeking an experienced Educational Consultant to provide expert advice and strategic guidance to educational institutions in Kimberley . This role involves assessing needs, developing solutions, and supporting the implementation of educational reforms and improvements. You will work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to enhance their teaching methodologies, curriculum effectiveness, and overall institutional performance.

The ideal consultant will bring a wealth of knowledge in educational best practices and a proven ability to drive positive change within academic organizations.

Key Responsibilities     Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational programs, policies, and practices.
Develop strategic recommendations for improving curriculum, instruction, and student outcomes.
Provide training and professional development to educators and administrators.
Assist clients in the selection and implementation of educational technologies.
Facilitate workshops and consultations to address specific client needs.
Stay current with trends and research in education and consult on best practices.
Requirements     A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational leadership, administration, or consulting.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional strategies, or educational technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
