Educational Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Educational Consultant to provide expert advice and strategic guidance to educational institutions in Kimberley . This role involves assessing needs, developing solutions, and supporting the implementation of educational reforms and improvements. You will work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to enhance their teaching methodologies, curriculum effectiveness, and overall institutional performance. The ideal consultant will bring a wealth of knowledge in educational best practices and a proven ability to drive positive change within academic organizations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of educational programs, policies, and practices.
• Develop strategic recommendations for improving curriculum, instruction, and student outcomes.
• Provide training and professional development to educators and administrators.
• Assist clients in the selection and implementation of educational technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and consultations to address specific client needs.
• Stay current with trends and research in education and consult on best practices.

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational leadership, administration, or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional strategies, or educational technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
