Junior Production Engineer

About the Role  Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Production Engineer to join their growing manufacturing team in Kimberley . You will support the engineering and production teams in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities   Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Support senior engineers in designing and implementing process upgrades and new equipment.
Help troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Participate in quality control activities and help maintain quality standards.
Maintain accurate engineering documentation and records.
Contribute to safety initiatives and ensure adherence to all site safety protocols.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Entry-level position, but previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
