Junior Production Engineer

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Production Engineer to join their growing manufacturing team in Kimberley . You will support the engineering and production teams in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support senior engineers in designing and implementing process upgrades and new equipment.
• Help troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Participate in quality control activities and help maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and records.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and ensure adherence to all site safety protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Entry-level position, but previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
