Chemical Engineer - Water Treatment

Our client is looking for a skilled Chemical Engineer with a focus on water treatment processes to join their team in Kimberley . • Design, operate, and optimize water and wastewater treatment processes .
• Conduct water quality analysis and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and implement corrective actions to maintain treatment standards.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental permits and regulatory requirements.
• Develop P&IDs and equipment specifications for water treatment systems.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant performance.

• B.Sc. or
  
  B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment processes.
• Strong knowledge of filtration, disinfection, and chemical dosing techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
