In this leadership role reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will oversee the implementation of electrical standards and ensure adherence to the Electrical Engineering Control Plan. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with established electrical safety standards

• Own and manage the Electrical Engineering Control Plan

• Collaborate with Glencore on strategic electrical initiatives

• Conduct compliance audits and assessments

• Promote continuous improvement of electrical safety measures

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

• 12+ years in the mining or resource sector

• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration in BC

• Strong leadership in cross-functional compliance environments

• Familiarity with electrical codes and BC mining regulations
