You will be instrumental in sourcing and placing top engineering talent across various disciplines, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles, from junior to senior levels.
- Source and attract qualified engineering professionals using various recruitment channels.
- Conduct technical screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability for engineering positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for placed candidates.
- Stay updated on engineering industry trends and talent market demands.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering or technical roles.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in specialized engineering fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage your workload effectively within a hybrid work model.
