Ensure the Drop Team maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment while adhering to SEM and BCLC policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Develop, mentor, and lead a team effectively.
Exhibit practical communication skills by balancing listening, speaking, and writing clearly and accurately while keeping others informed.
Show conflict resolution skills by engaging with team members and other departments professionally, courteously, and empathetically, even under challenging situations.
Show accountability by planning, managing time effectively, arriving punctually, being cost-conscious, exploring better ways to complete tasks, adhering to instructions, maintaining a professional appearance, following team member policies and procedures, and demonstrating a willingness to learn.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively by being helpful, respectful, approachable, and team-oriented; building strong working relationships while fostering a positive work environment; showing responsibility, honesty, and loyalty; and interacting with others tactfully.
Possess knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, along with strong mathematical skills.
Have familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
After training, show that you can produce accurate results reports.

Conditions of Employment
The successful candidate will have experience providing excellent customer service and recent experience handling and balancing cash or monetary transactions. Preference may be given to candidates who have data entry experience. The candidate must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch, British Columbia, and must be at least 19 years old to work in the Casino.
