About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their analytical functions in Kimberley . This role is central to providing data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes. You will work closely with senior leadership across various departments to develop financial models, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who thrives on translating complex financial data into actionable business strategies, within a company that offers a flexible hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation.
Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing key insights and variance explanations.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.
Identify key business drivers and financial metrics to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with business units to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial alignment.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
