About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their analytical functions in Kimberley . This role is central to providing data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes. You will work closely with senior leadership across various departments to develop financial models, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

- Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation.
- Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing key insights and variance explanations.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.
- Identify key business drivers and financial metrics to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with business units to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
