Support seniors as a Health Care Aide at Golden Life's Joseph Creek Village in Cranbrook, BC. This temporary part-time role focuses on delivering personalized care within a compassionate community.

We are searching for a dedicated Health Care Aide who will respect residents' dignity and unique needs. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with clinical tasks, and engaging positively with residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care and assistance to residents

• Perform clinical duties and report changes in resident conditions

• Guide families during admission and transfer processes

• Safely handle medical equipment and report issues

• Document care procedures per regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Health Care Assistant in BC

• Completion of a recognized HCA program

• Preferred First Aid and Food Safe certifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Successful criminal record check for vulnerable sectors
