This temporary full-time position focuses on the dignity and individuality of residents. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with meals, and performing clinical tasks. You'll work collaboratively with staff to ensure residents receive quality care tailored to their unique needs while documenting essential observations and engaging with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respect and promote resident dignity and individuality

• Assist with personal care and meal service duties

• Participate in team planning and report to nurse supervisor

• Facilitate orientation for residents and their families

• Maintain safety policies and required documentation

Requirements:

• Registered HCA with BCCACHWR

• Certificate from a recognized Care Aide program

• First Aid and Food Safe certificates preferred

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills

• Capable of lifting 10 kgs and completing a criminal record check
