At Joseph Creek Village, we are looking for a compassionate Health Care Aide. You will be responsible for providing personal and clinical support to residents while respecting their individuality. This position requires a team-oriented approach and effective communication to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks

• Participate in team planning and record observations

• Facilitate family support during admissions and transitions

• Operate medical equipment safely and report issues

• Maintain accurate care documentation

Requirements:

• Registration with BC Care Aide Registry

• Completion of HCA program or equivalent

• First Aid and Food Safe certifications recommended

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Capability to lift up to 10kgs
