As part of Golden Life, you will serve as an Assisted Living Worker (ALW) at our vibrant healthcare facility.

Your role will revolve around delivering personal care services tailored to each resident, ensuring that their dignity and independence are upheld. You will participate in social activities, assist with daily living tasks, maintain safety protocols, and document care accurately, contributing positively to our supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care in line with individual care plans

• Attend to residents' immediate needs

• Encourage participation in recreational activities

• Help with housekeeping and meal preparations

• Adhere to safety and documentation protocols

Requirements:

• Registration as Health Care Assistant in good standing

• Certificates in First Aid and Food Safe

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Capacity to lift up to 10kg

• Clear criminal record and TB test
