• Deliver personal care and assistance to residents

• Respect and enhance residents’ dignity and independence

• Utilize medical equipment safely and report issues

• Facilitate welcoming environments during admissions

• Complete necessary documentation efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the BC Care Aide Registry

• Certificate from an accredited HCA program

• First Aid and Food Safe certifications preferred

• Proven communication and teamwork abilities

• Physical ability to lift weights up to 10kg
