Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care and support to residents

• Record and report changes in resident conditions

• Assist families during admission and transfer processes

• Utilize medical equipment safely and efficiently

• Complete all necessary care documentation

Requirements:

• Valid registration with BCCACHWR

• Certification from a recognized Care Aide program

• Preferred certifications in First Aid and Food Safe

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to lift up to 10kgs
