Position: EAP Provider for ComPsych Counseling
Join Com Psych as a licensed behavioral health clinician in the EAP Provider Network, offering essential in-person counseling services to improve employee well-being. Your expertise will make a difference in your local community.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered EAP counseling to employees and their households, primarily through face-to-face interactions. You'll support clients navigating issues like workplace stress and anxiety while maintaining compliance with professional standards. Bring your three years of post-master's clinical experience to create impactful change in individuals’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insightful, solution-focused counseling for clients

• Facilitate intake assessments and clinical sessions

• Help clients cope with workplace and personal challenges

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation is maintained

• Coordinate care through Com Psych’s processes as necessary

Requirements:

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field

• At least 3 years of clinical experience needed

• Professional accreditation or registration mandatory

• Active professional liability insurance is essential

• Current CV submission necessary
