As a Personal Support Worker at Age Care, you will implement care plans and monitor resident care while collaborating with supervisors.

Your role involves documenting care provided, attending workshops, and onboarding new team members. Adhering to Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) guidelines will be essential in maintaining high standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor care given to residents as per care plans

• Document resident care information accurately

• Attend in-service education and staff meetings

• Assist in the onboarding of new staff

• Follow IPAC policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized PSW program

• Knowledge of geriatric care and techniques

• Understand sanitation and cleaning methods

• Meet established vocational standards
