At EHN Canada, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of patients accessing mental health and addiction services. Your work will involve life skill training, facilitating meetings, and supporting patients as they navigate their treatment plans. Your engagement helps create a supportive treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach patients daily life skills and routines

• Lead and facilitate therapeutic meetings effectively

• Support patients in moments of emotional crisis

• Conduct regular checks on patient activities and safety

• Document significant occurrences during your shift

Requirements:

• Certificate in Health Care Work is advantageous

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices is preferred

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent diploma

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Must provide a Clear Criminal Record Check
