HR Employee Relations Specialist

About the Role  Our client is seeking a skilled and empathetic HR Employee Relations Specialist to join their team in Kimberley . This role focuses on fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, promoting healthy workplace relationships, and minimizing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities   Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on employee relations matters.
Interpret and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as conflict resolution and workplace conduct.
Promote a positive and constructive work environment through proactive engagement.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of South African labour law and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Excellent investigative, interviewing, and conflict resolution skills.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
