Apprentice Human Resources Assistant

About the Role  Our client, a dynamic organization in Kimberley , is seeking organized and people-oriented individuals to join as Apprentice Human Resources Assistants .

This role offers an exceptional entry point into the field of HR, providing hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, administrative support, and HRIS management. You will work closely with the HR team, learning the fundamentals of HR practices and contributing to a positive employee experience. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in supporting both employees and the company's strategic HR goals in Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities   Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, data entry, and managing employee records.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Help answer employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Learn and assist with HR information system (HRIS) data management.
Requirements   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
A genuine interest in Human Resources and employee development.
