HR Administrator - Payroll & Benefits

About the Role  Our client is seeking a meticulous HR Administrator with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits administration to join their team in Kimberley . This role is vital for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, managing benefits administration, and maintaining relevant records. You will be an integral part of the HR department, ensuring that employees receive their correct compensation and understand their benefits entitlements.

This role requires an on-site presence in our Kimberley offices to handle sensitive data and collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities   Administer the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, updating employee data as needed.
Liaise with payroll providers and benefit administrators to resolve issues.
Process HR documentation related to compensation, deductions, and adjustments.
Assist with HR audits related to payroll and benefits.
Requirements   2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS.
Solid understanding of South African payroll regulations and tax laws.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Certificate in Payroll Administration or similar qualification is highly desirable.
