Apprentice Human Resources Assistant

Our client, a dynamic organization in Kimberley , is seeking organized and people-oriented individuals to join as Apprentice Human Resources Assistants . This role offers an exceptional entry point into the field of HR, providing hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, administrative support, and HRIS management. You will work closely with the HR team, learning the fundamentals of HR practices and contributing to a positive employee experience.

We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in supporting both employees and the company's strategic HR goals in Northern Cape .

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, data entry, and managing employee records.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Help answer employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Learn and assist with HR information system (HRIS) data management.
