Legal Counsel - Property Law

You will manage a portfolio of property-related matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and providing strategic guidance to clients. • Handle all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasing.
• Draft and review property agreements, conveyancing documents, and lease agreements.
• Advise clients on property development, zoning regulations, and land use matters.
• Manage property-related disputes, including landlord-tenant issues and boundary disputes.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on property acquisitions and developments.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, sectional title regulations, and environmental legislation.

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience, specializing in Property Law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African property law, conveyancing, and sectional title legislation.
• Proven experience in handling complex property transactions and resolving property disputes.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload in Kimberley.
