Join 1279982 BC Ltd. o/a Eldho’s Your Independent Grocer as an Inventory Control Supervisor in Fernie, BC. This role encompasses management, optimization, and accuracy of inventory in a full-time capacity.
You will supervise a diverse team while leveraging your 3-5 years of experience to enhance productivity and streamline operations. This position is permanent and requires an on-site presence, emphasizing leadership, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the perpetual inventory system is accurate
• Manage and assign duties to over 20 staff members
• Analyze historical data to forecast inventory needs
• Resolve customer complaints related to inventory
• Partner with IT for system troubleshooting and enhancements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Proficient in English communication
• On-site work only – no remote options available
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Contribute to operational excellence at Eldho’s Your Independent Grocer and maintain high standards of inventory management.
