Maintenance Systems Coordinator at Canfor

Elevate operational excellence as a Maintenance Systems Coordinator for Canfor, focusing on the Computerized Maintenance Management System. This role can be based in Prince George, Cranbrook, or other BC or Alberta locations.

As a Maintenance Systems Coordinator, you will spearhead the CMMS development and sustainment at Wood Products Canada.

Your role includes coordinating the EAM platform while ensuring integration with other systems. You will create reports, lead onboarding, and drive best practices across maintenance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate CMMS development using Octave Attune EAM

• Manage EAM integration issues with IT and other systems

• Create Cognos reports to display mill data

• Develop Work Instructions for EAM tasks

• Document and share best practices and standardized KPIs

Requirements:

• Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance support

• Strong skills in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI

• Trade Certification or Post Secondary Diploma/Degree preferred

• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills

• Background in maintenance or manufacturing is an asset
