E-commerce Social Media Coordinator

About the Role  Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organized E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to support their digital marketing efforts from their Kimberley office. This role is focused on assisting with the execution of social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform. You will be involved in content scheduling, community engagement, and reporting on social media performance.

Key Responsibilities   Assist in developing and maintaining the social media content calendar.
Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond appropriately.
Engage with the online community, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
Assist in tracking social media analytics and preparing performance reports.
Support the planning and execution of social media promotional activities and contests.
Requirements   Degree or relevant certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing support, preferably with exposure to e-commerce .
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
