Content Writer - Marketing

About the Role  Our client is seeking a creative and skilled Content Writer to join their marketing team in Kimberley . This role focuses on crafting compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and brochures. You will play a key part in developing brand voice and ensuring all written communications are engaging, accurate, and aligned with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities   Write clear, concise, and engaging marketing copy for websites, landing pages, and product descriptions.
Develop informative and SEO-friendly blog posts and articles on relevant industry topics.
Create compelling social media content and email marketing copy to drive engagement and conversions.
Edit and proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm content ideas and ensure visual consistency.
Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate fresh content ideas.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Writer , Copywriter, or similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
