About the Role  Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Director to lead their marketing initiatives. Based in Kimberley , this role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities   Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, content, social media, and traditional advertising.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency and impact across all communications.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a Marketing Director or senior management role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with experience in the Northern Cape region being advantageous.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
