At our long-term care facility, we are seeking passionate LPNs dedicated to providing safe nursing care per BCCNM standards. You will develop and assess care plans, administer treatments, and mentor support staff, fostering teamwork during day and evening shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-focused nursing care per BCCNM standards

• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for residents

• Administer medications and treatments according to policy

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the RN

• Mentor care staff and encourage a respectful team environment

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current BCCNM licensure as a practical nurse

• First Aid and CPR certification required
