Position details- Position Type:
Permanent Part-Time (0.88 FTE) - Shift
Schedule:
Evening / Night - Shift Times: 3:00 – 23:00, 19:00 – 7:00 (8 hour and 12 hour shifts)
- Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
- Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
- Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
- Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
- Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
