Interior Health is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time relief role until March 31, 2027. This position involves performing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. You will act in accordance with established guidelines while providing high-quality nursing care for complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and create care plans

• Administer medications per established policies

• Follow competency guidelines and standards of practice

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for optimal care

• Support residents to function at their highest level

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Full practicing licensure with BCCNM

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work rotating shifts

• Experience in long-term care is an asset
