We are seeking a flexible and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance our Home Health team. This position involves performing assessments, providing personal and nursing care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Emphasis is on delivering quality service aligned with the high standards of practice outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement personal care plans for clients

• Administer medications as per established guidelines

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for client support

• Operate within full scope of practice and competency guidelines

• Provide wound care, IV, catheter, and pleurex drain care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in British Columbia

• Experience in community care or home health

• Strong assessment and nursing skills
