Interior Health is looking for a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse to support our residents in Kimberley. This part-time role involves performing assessments, medication administration, and implementing personalized care plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to the Standards of Practice set by the BCCNM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments to develop care plans
• Administer medications per established guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for quality care
• Follow BCCNM competency guidelines and protocols
• Participate in shaping client-centered care activities
Requirements:
• Completed Practical Nurse program or equivalent
• Current BCCNM full practicing licensure
• Valid CPR certification required
