Industrial Quality Engineer

About the Role  Our client is seeking a meticulous Industrial Quality Engineer to join their team in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, analyzing quality data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities   Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Monitor product and process quality, performing regular inspections and audits.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).

Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
