Key Responsibilities   Assist senior agents with client meetings, property viewings, and open houses.
Conduct market research to identify potential listings and sales opportunities.
Prospect for new clients through various channels, including calls and networking events.
Provide administrative support, including managing listings, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
Learn and adhere to ethical standards and best practices in real estate sales.
Develop strong knowledge of the Kimberley property market and current trends.
Requirements   High school diploma or equivalent; a real estate qualification (e.g., NQF Level
4) is a plus.
Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
