About the Role  Our client is seeking a driven and personable Real Estate Sales Agent to join their dynamic team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and guiding them through every step of the transaction process. This role requires excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a key member of the sales team, you will play an integral part in achieving the agency's sales targets and building long-term client relationships in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities   Generate leads through networking, marketing efforts, and prospecting activities.
List properties for sale or rent, determining optimal pricing and marketing strategies.
Show properties to prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate purchase agreements, offers, and lease terms on behalf of clients.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Kimberley .
Requirements   Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the PPRA.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Kimberley and surrounding property market.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using real estate listing platforms and basic computer skills.
