Retail Operations Manager

About the Role  Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Operations Manager to oversee their retail operations in Kimberley . This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the retail store, managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising. You will play a critical role in implementing company strategies, managing inventory, and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities   Manage all aspects of daily retail store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to drive store traffic, increase sales, and maximize profitability.
Ensure the store adheres to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and minimize stock loss.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements   Proven experience (3+ years) in Retail Operations Management or a similar retail leadership role.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing store profitability.
Strong understanding of retail merchandising, inventory control, and customer service principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage staff, schedules, and operational budgets effectively.
