Sales Assistant​/New Home Consultant

Eagle Homes is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant/New Home Consultant in Cranbrook. This hybrid role combines sales support and client-facing responsibilities, offering the opportunity to grow within the company and take on more independent sales opportunities as your skills and experience develop.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of accountability, a proven track record in sales, and excellent customer service skills. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in prospecting for new business, including making cold calls.
• Qualify potential clients and opportunities early in the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, with a focus on turning them into long-term customers.
• Provide support throughout the sales cycle, including managing home projects from initial contact through to completion.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation related to sales and client interactions.
• Support the sales team by helping to close sales and manage leads.

Skills and Abilities:

• Positive attitude and a strong track record in sales or customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sales and closing skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with prospecting, including making cold calls (sales experience is an asset).
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Experience:

• No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Proven ability to convert leads into customers and close sales.
• Experience providing quotes and documentation in past sales roles is a plus.
• Familiar with the process of managing sales leads and negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track and follow up on leads.

• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

• Starting at $17.40 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Commissions available based on sales made by the employee.
• Company extended benefits available.
