Key Responsibilities:
• Convert inbound inquiries into bookings for Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations
• Qualify leads and design compelling custom itineraries
• Present pricing and upsell packages effectively to maximize revenue
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel advisors
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless booking processes
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
