Ensure safety for guests and staff at Casino of the Rockies as a Casino Security Officer. This role focuses on maintaining security and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
As a Casino Security Officer, you will safeguard both guests’ and employees’ property while upholding Resort policies. Key responsibilities include communication with surveillance, crowd control, and responding to emergencies. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain situational awareness will be critical to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to surveillance transmissions and report issues
• Maintain knowledge of emergency and safety procedures
• Manage crowd control and evacuations as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming and promotions
• Secure and log lost and found items accurately
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
• Experience in security roles is preferred
• GSO certification and first aid training are advantages
• Open availability is a must
• Effective communication skills required
