Join Casino of the Rockies as a Casino Security Officer, prioritizing the safety of guests and employees. This role is key in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all.
As a crucial member of the security team, you’ll be responsible for identifying any security breaches and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your duties will involve responding to surveillance alerts and managing emergency situations, as well as providing customer service at all interactions. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond effectively to surveillance team alerts
• Assist with emergency responses and first aid
• Control crowds and manage evacuations when necessary
• Provide services and information to customers regarding gaming
• Record and manage lost and found items diligently
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 education or relevant experience
• Prior security experience preferred
• GSO certification and first aid knowledge are pluses
• Must be open to various shifts
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
