Protection Services Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily security services within assigned portfolio

• Develop and deliver awareness programs on safety and security

• Provide consultative support to leadership regarding security activities

• Supervise staff and implement procedures aligned with organizational goals

• Conduct risk assessments and manage operations budget

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in security management or related field

• Five years of management experience in healthcare or similar setting

• Membership with IAHSS preferred

• Instructor certification in crisis intervention advantageous

• Valid driver's license and physical ability for the role
