Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver culturally relevant support for clients

• Participate in risk assessments for enhanced wellness

• Engage in life skills support within housing settings

• Attend and contribute to wellness team meetings

• Provide shift handover information to teammates

Requirements:

• Relevant training in safety and wellness

• Two years of applicable experience supporting diverse clients

• Knowledge of decolonizing Mental Wellness practices

• Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills

• Reliable vehicle and BC driver's license
