Package Handler at FedEx

Step into the role of Package Handler at Fed Ex Canada, where you'll engage in loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting freight. This position operates from Tuesday to Saturday and is ideal for those with great interpersonal skills.

This role requires handling freight efficiently to meet daily operational standards. Ideal candidates will bring a high school diploma or GED along with good knowledge of Fed Ex Canada’s operations. You must be capable of lifting 70 lbs and maneuvering heavier packages with the right equipment. Completion of all trainings is necessary to ensure top performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight efficiently and safely

• Scan and sort packages accurately

• Adhere to Canadian Customs regulations

• Fulfill all basic and recurrent training requirements

• Work effectively in a PC Windows environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Experience with Fed Ex operations preferred

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move up to 150 lbs

• Compliance with mandatory training and testing
