As a Trainmaster at CPKC, you'll be responsible for the efficient management of traffic within the yard and road territory. This position requires previous railway experience and a commitment to safety and operational standards. Collaborate with teams to enhance yard and road fluidity while driving productivity and accountability across the terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all train movements within the yard and mainline

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions

• Coach Train & Engine employees toward operational excellence

• Manage inventory for terminals and line of road

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a conductor required

• Valid driver’s license

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
