As an Accountant - CPA or Candidate Preferred, you'll play a pivotal role in our clients' financial well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Updating clients' Quick Books Online accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate categorization and reconciliation.
• Skillfully preparing both business and individual income tax returns, supporting clients in their tax compliance.
• Providing cross-staff support, collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless service and exceptional client experiences.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or related fields, showcasing your solid foundation in financial management.
• A proven track record of 3-5 years in tax preparation, demonstrating your expertise in tax regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online is a must, while experience with Proseries is a definite plus.
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions and general Office 365 skills to ensure efficient work processes.
• A detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
