Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract role in Cranford, NJ. Position OverviewIn this role, you’ll assess patient needs, create personalized treatment plans, and guide individuals through their rehabilitation journeys. You’ll help them regain the skills they need for daily life and maximize their independence in both physical and cognitive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop functional therapy goals
Deliver interventions focused on mobility, strength, ADLs, and adaptive strategies
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and equipment
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:Active New Jersey OT license
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current BLS certification
1+ year of experience preferred in rehab, SNF, or clinical settings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
