Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time – $5,000 bonus. Must be licensed PTA to apply.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship available.
