High Focus Centers in Cranford – a premier outpatient treatment provider for mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders – is seeking an Adolescent Clinician to provide individual, group, and psycho‑educational therapy for clients aged 10‑17.

• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients in collaboration with family members.
• Facilitates all clinical services including individual, family, and therapeutic group sessions, and maintains referral contact with outpatient providers.
• Maintains clinical records with appropriate documentation of services and program engagement.
• Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data processes.
• Utilizes evidence‑based practices.
• Contributes to program‑specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in a human services field.
• In the process of obtaining or holding LPC, LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMFT‑A licensure.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
